We are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience. Below are the details of our shipping policy to ensure you know what to expect when placing an order with us.

Orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Malta: Delivery within 1–2 working days from dispatch
  • Gozo: Delivery within 1–8 working days from dispatch
  • International: Delivery within 1–14 working days, depending on destination

Please note that weekends and public holidays are not considered working days.

Shipping Fees

  • Malta: €3 flat rate
  • Gozo: €6 flat rate
  • International: Calculated based on weight, starting from 0g up to 1kg

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Make sure that the confirmation email is present when picking up the product or on the day of delivery. 

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to Malta and Gozo. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and within our serviceable areas to avoid delays.

  • If your package arrives damaged please notify us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
